- The College of Law, College of Veterinary Medicine, Carle Illinois College of Medicine elect senators within the college. Students in these colleges can vote of referendum, SORF, Student Trustee and Student Body President & Vice President.
- To be eligible to vote, students must be enrolled in at least one credit hour. Campus enrollment includes non-degreed academic programs.
- Students are not required to vote in each race.
