Election Cycle & Timeline
Student Elections shall be held eleven (11) weeks prior to Reading Day, with election polls open on Tuesday at 12:00:00 p.m. and closing on Thursday at 11:59:00 a.m. All other deadlines shall be based on the election poll dates.*

| Official Results Announced | A week following the Friday after the elections. However, the announcement of the official results are subject to delay should it be deemed necessary by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs for the benefit of the student body |
